From the Desk of the Presiding Bishop-Elect ACW 2019
8 Nov 2018
His Eminence Hartley has retired, but has not ridden off into the sunset. He provides guidance. Now providence has charged me to lead this August body and I shall try to do so with God‘s help. However, I will not allow anyone to trash our great ACW like the group calling themselves “wac” out of Uganda and run by a Japanese imposter who has yet to provide credentials of his education, ordination or voice contact with anyone beyond the internet writings.
“wac” claims 700 parishes and 800 clergy, all yet to be identified as a legitimate ministry. It’s shameful what they do. They go on websites, steal names and information then claim as their own. They have tons of bishops on their website that have no connection, with incorrect & misleading information. They tried in 2017 to pull down our website, hack into our bank account (we turned that over to the FBI) and proper federal and local authorities in the USA.
If they were honest in building the kingdom of God it would have been a great joy but they have chosen a path like they do in Africa in military coups. It distresses our dear Patriarch to see his name on their fraudulent website.
We hold no ill will against them and would have loved to help them develop their ministry but their actions of stealing the ACW information, most written by Hartley, led us to believe they are not interested in ministry but dishonesty and confusion. On their website they claimed that the ACW’s name was changed to “wac”. We take comfort that no one believed them as they know the ACW is not “wac” (WACKED).
Is to defend the faith, the ACW from imposters doing the devil’s work. Hartley will ignore them, I WILL NOT. Recently Mr. lwanga wrote to me telling me the ACW is a “dying church” and I should join “wac”. I responded, I’m sure he will not try again. I have no desire to see my name on a website&nble="margin: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 15pt;">

Mr lwanga came to the USA in 2013 and 16 upon the invitation of the ACW. He was treated with a hospitality he never experienced (his words) and was sent home with gifts of electronics. Why would he allow this Japanese imposter to discredit the ACW. Why? But as servants of God we must forgive them.
It’s not too late for “wac” to create a ministry of fellowship. Bring the 700 priest and 800 churches (if it were true) together in synod form and begin to spread the gospel and stop placing lies on a website.
First, Mr. lwanga must have conversation with his “Archbishop” in Japan, not an internet conversation but one where they dialogue voice to voice.
Finally, if they really have all these churches and priest tell us their secret so we too can learn from them. But for now we will continue to watch and pray for them that one day they will see the error of their ways and have a ministry not just a bunch of fraudulent internet postings.
We wish “wac” well (wwww)
In His service (IHS)
